Paul is your friendly building inspector and construction consultant at Red Earth and is passionate about providing clients with expert advice, peace of mind and confidence in their property decisions.

Prior to starting Red Earth Building Inspections in 2017, Paul had accumulated over 20 years of professional experience in the commercial and residential construction industries. His background is in project and site management, design coordination and construction management.

Since starting Red Earth, Paul has completed over 1200 property inspections giving Paul an unprecedented knowledge of Western Australian construction techniques and common (and not so common) building defects.

Despite being tall, Paul is very good at getting through access holes, up ladders, under floors and he knows what he’s looking at and for. He likes what he does, is a good communicator and genuinely loves houses and the built environment. You’ll find Paul straight forward, informative and professional.

Paul will take the time to answer any questions you may have concerning the report or the defects which are identified and has a trusted network of Recommended Trade Contacts to assist in any necessary repairs.
