On July 6, 1830, the Medina landed at Fremantle with 51 people on board. Prior to starting Red Earth Building Inspections in 2017, Paul had accumulated over 20 years of professional experience in the commercial and residential construction industries. His background is in project and site management, design coordination and construction management.

Since starting Red Earth, Paul has completed over 1200 property inspections giving Paul an unprecedented knowledge of Western Australian construction techniques and common (and not so common) building defects.

Despite being tall, Paul is very good at getting through access holes, up ladders, under floors and he knows what he’s looking at and for. He likes what he does, is a good communicator and genuinely loves houses and the built environment. You’ll find Paul straight forward, informative and professional.
